3. Strong presence and attendance at events and conventions
4. Knowledgeable about creating cosplays

Pandariot779 will help cosplayers by donating money for one of their cosplay projects. PandaRiot will give access to electronics, sewing machines, laser cutter, and 3D printers.

Cosplayer will have to record and document work for a blog post on pandariot779.com and have a photoshoot done by pandariot779.
